Registering your team: Stand Staff
• Exhibitor passes give access to meeting sessions, the exhibition hall and catering
• Unless arranged otherwise, 2x free exhibitor passes are included with pharma stands, 1x free pass with charity stands
• Book your free exhibitor pass(es) via the website
• Additional passes can be booked individually or as a group – pricing table at foot of page
Registering your team: Symposia Staff
• All personnel attending your symposium MUST be registered.
• Symposium Support passes are free of charge (capped at 4 places)
• These passes give access to your symposium room for your set up, presentation and break down
• Symposium Support passes will not give access to any other part of the meeting
• Your speakers must be registered as delegates or on a Symposium Support pass
• Book your free exhibitor pass(es) via the website
• Additional passes can be booked individually or as a group – pricing table at foot of page
Group Passes
The group booking function can be used if you have 3 or more passes to register and pay for.
To do this, one person needs to be the Main Stand Contact for your company. The Main Stand Contact will need to know:
• Your stand number / day of your symposium
• All team member names
• All team member email addresses
• Any dietary requirements
• A payment card
Please note:
• All team members must be registered in advance of the meeting
• If a staff member turns up who has NOT been registered in advance, they will need to register and pay by card before entry
• The Main Stand Contact should remember to book a pass for themselves, if attending

Stand Builder Passes: Space only stands
Your stand builders will need access to the HCC on Wed 7 Oct to build your stand – they don't need to register for the meeting, but they will need a wrist band to get access. Email us the number of passes you need and the name and mobile number of the main contact. If any stand builder needs to be onsite during the meeting (8 - 10 Oct), they will need to register a delegate pass.
