Affinity Events agrees that it will comply with EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC as implemented in the respective Member States, and, from its implementation, the European General Data Protection Regulation, EU 2016/679, together with any additional implementing legislation, rules or regulations that are issued by the applicable supervisory authorities (the GDPR), and all other local applicable data protection and privacy legislation and regulations at all times, and shall not perform its obligations under this Agreement in such a way as to cause the other Party to breach any of its obligations under applicable data protection legislation.

2. Use of the Application by our Customers
2.1. The Application
Our online Application allows users to register for events. The data we collect can include contact information and other demographic information from visitors who are participating in events.

You are free to explore the Websites without providing any information about yourself. When you visit the Websites, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.

If a customer terminates its use of the Application, then we will provide customer with access to all information stored for the customer by the Application, including any Personal Information provided by you, for export by the customer according to our agreement with our customer. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information, from the Application.
